This collection features tracks selected by Takashi Nakagawa (Soul Flower Union) and Tadashi Fujita from albums released between 2001 and 2012. It also includes two songs that were not featured on any previous albums.
The package comes with original vinyl artwork, newly written liner notes by Tadashi Fujita, and an inner sleeve containing lyrics and translations.
Side A features signature Noborikawa originals like "Naritai-bushi" and "Midori no Okinawa," alongside "Sengo no Nageki" (Lament of the Post-War Era)—a powerful protest song into which he poured his very soul.
We invite you to deeply reflect on the anti-war sentiments woven into the lyrics.
On Side B, the standout track is "Chuko no Uta," the commercial song for *Chuko* Awamori. The unstoppable momentum of his words—blending elements of folk, rock, hip-hop, and rap—perfectly sublimates into a unique musical style that only Seijin Noborikawa could create.
Furthermore, the rapid-fire *sanshin* playing on the unreleased track "Hayakadeku-bushi" is spectacular—a performance that truly lives up to his reputation as the "Jimi Hendrix of Okinawa"!
