The Habibi Rhapsody EP by HabibiSly (aka Sylvain Rabbath) on Heavenly Sweetness fuses Afrobeat-driven grooves with electronic and Middle Eastern disco textures and is available on 12" vinyl.
Nourished by the Middle Eastern influences of his upbringing, his music grew in the Parisian cellars of the 18th arrondissement, shaping him into a polyphonic artist with a captivating production style. A true alchemist, he delights in blending unusual and inspiring musical worlds, transcendent melodies, nocturnal frenzies, and oriental languor.
Composer, performer, and producer all in one, HabibiSly is a multifaceted individual with a strong identity and an already impressive career. After 25 years of touring with Francois Rabbath, he founded his own production company (Museum Studio, Museum Records) to bring his passions to life and realise his dreams, collaborating with numerous artists (-M-, Keziah Jones, Corine, Head on TV). In 2025, he formed the group HabibiSly, an ambitious and vibrant project, alongside Tristan Camus on percussion, saxophone, and vocals; Aurelien Fradagrada on bass and saz; Samara Naser, of Syrian origin, whose captivating voice adds a unique dimension to their music; and Jaouad El Garrouge, a Gnawa singer on gambri and vocals.
Habibi Rhapsody is HabibiSly's debut EP, showcasing his electro, disco, and Oriental influences. Through this project, he invites us on a vibrant sonic journey, blending modern rhythms with world music sounds. HabibiSly's messages resonate as a call to respect the planet, to slow down in a world dominated by social media, and to make room for love and kindness. RETURNING GOODS
If you decide to cancel your order, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. To complete the return process, send the goods back to our contact address at your own expense. Exceptions apply if we delivered the item in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
COST OF RECOVERY
In case the returned goods are not received within the specified conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the direct costs incurred in recovering the goods.
REFUNDS
Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel the order, any payments made will be promptly refunded to you. You can expect the refund to be processed within 14 days of your cancellation.
