At its core, a mystery is something elusive yet deeply alluring - without tangible form, becoming clearer the more it is questioned and pursued, only to slip away again into forests, history, thought, or space itself. Embracing mystery means resisting fixed frameworks and continuously searching for new perspectives.
To shape this concept, Fluisteraars immersed themselves in local legends surrounding a figure who followed mysterious lights into the woods and never returned, while also drawing inspiration from close observation of their immediate surroundings. Unlike more conventional studio works, Jacht der Mysterien was captured live in a single take with longtime producer T. Cochrane, gathering the music as a unified whole. This collective and spontaneous approach intensifies the album's sense of urgency, movement, and impermanence.
The recording was subsequently reamped through the hollow cylinder of an abandoned water tower. This process lends the sound a drifting, fog-like character -- as if anything might vanish or emerge without warning, as within true mysteries.

REFUNDS
