Heavily influenced by bands like Whitesnake, Journey, Bad English, FM, Heartland and Dare he set about writing the songs that became the first album entitled ‘Power’.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\"Power\" was first released as a CD back in 1994 on the Music For Nations label and subsequently re-released in 2008 on Escape Music (ESM176). Atlantic raised many eyebrows with this release which can be ranked alongside bands such as “Heartland” \"Dare\" and \"Shy\" (Tony Mills also guests on the album!).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBand members include Simon Harrison on guitar and keyboards and the great Phil Bates (Trickster\/Quill) on lead vocals, guitars and keyboards. The album had so much potential at the time it is a shame that it did not receive the recognition it richly deserved.
