For her sixth album, Natalia Lafourcade delved deeper into the history and culture of her Latin American roots.
With the help of the acoustic guitar duo Los Macorinos, she created a Latin American classic, drawing inspiration
from her local musical heroes. Even on "Qué He Sacado Con Quererte" she gets help from Buena Vista Social Club
lead singer Omara Portuondo. Musas Vol. 1 was praised by critics and even received a nomination for the Latin American Grammy Awards.
