On October 3rd, KETTAMA unveiled his highly anticipated debut album Archangel, cementing the moment with his biggest London headline show to date at Brixton Academy Sat 4th October, followed by subsequent sold out tours across Europe, North America and Australia. The album debut received overwhelming critical acclaim by global editorial platforms including Billboard, Rolling Stone UK and The Guardian as well as reaching multiple national and international chart positions including #1 Dance Album and #6 in the Independent Album UK Charts, alongside a Top 10 Album Debuts in Australia’s Charts.
Real name Evan Campbell, the Galway born, London based artist has spent the best part of the last decade refining his sound to exist in a powerful yet delicate state: a product of his many influences, ranging from 90s hard-house and trance, to hip-hop and beyond.
Archangel is an elevated testament to the young artists’ maturity in sound, a magnum opus of 15 tracks encompassing a plethora of melodic textures flexing KETTAMA’s production dexterity while also celebrating the fusion of his sonic world with that of equally pioneering collaborators of the current scene including Interplanetary Criminal, Prospa, Clouds, DJ HEARTSTRING, Sølv, Shady Nasty, Fred again.. and more.
The record has consistently overtaken the airwaves of international radio stations and counts the world’s leading tastemakers such as Jack Saunders, Danny Howard, Sarah Story and Tim Sweeney as firm champions. An echoing roar of support can be found across the digital landscape with countless videos that capture the excitement from fans old and new, in response to KETTAMA’s affable persona and raw sonic identity.
Spreading his wings across the globe with an unrelenting DJ touring schedule including appearances at Coachella, Glastonbury, Seismic, Creamfields, Arc Festival, Portola, and many other premier events, KETTAMA is now a name that inspires euphoric frenzy amongst his widescale international audience.
In the lead up of his album release, KETTAMA sold out 8,500 tickets a month in advance in his home territory and undertaking generational feats such as playing some of the largest DJ shows to date in the UK including a b2b with Chris Stussy to 20,000 punters in Belfast. The momentum continues in 2026 with over 26,900 tickets sold on his forthcoming US tour of 8 dates across March - May, including a 15,000 capacity takeover of Factory Town during Miami Music Week. Adding to the excitement, KETTAMA follows-up his debut 16-week Ibiza residency in 2025, with a subsequent 9-date residency across June & July 2026.
Bringing the sounds of his native ‘G-Town’ to the world, turning heads with every evolution and expression of his art, Archangel marked a crucial culmination in KETTAMA’s development - a debut album which engraves the young artist’s craft within the cultural fabric of electronic music’s most respected legacy acts.
